Key Responsibilities
1. Create and Develop Sales Performance
- Plans daily activity including customers to visit and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve. Create a time efficient plan
- Organize demonstrations for existing and potential customers, advises customers on the presentation of the products and the promotional materials and participates in trade events
- Identifies and analyzes customer needs and develops commercial talking points
- Develop rapport with hospital staff, including surgeons
- Distributors sales management
- Educates sales representatives from the distributors
- Communicates with marketing ream and all the stakeholders clearly and efficiently
- Collect and survey on the market information
- Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Good selling and interpersonal skills plus pleasant personality
- Strong focus to drive sales
- Excellent customer service, desire to acquire knowledge and drive to succeed
- 의료기기영업유경험자선호
- 4년제대학졸업자(의학공학과전공자선호)
- 영어의사소통가능자(speaking, writing, reading)
