How You'll Create Impact
• Be a trusted advisor to surgeons and hospital administrators, guiding them toward the best therapeutic decisions with our innovative endoprothetic and sports medicine portfolio
• Drive sustainable growth across your territory by identifying, winning, and nurturing new customer relationships
• Translate marketing and sales strategies and execute them with impact into real results in the field
• Negotiate confidently with clinics and procurement teams to close meaningful deals
• Organize and deliver product training sessions, workshops and in-house training programs for medical professionals
• Provide intraoperative technical support and ensure every product is used to its full potential
• Build your network by designing and hosting educational events and professional development sessions
• Support your team as the go-to internal resource for product-specific questions
What Makes You Stand Out
• A completed commercial or medical-technical apprenticeship, or a university degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field
• Initial experience in selling complex or consultative products ideally in the medical device industry
• Familiarity with clinical and OR environments is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of medical terminology and basic anatomy
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and persuasively
• Business Fluent French and English skills are essential
• You are a natural communicator with a confident, professional presence
• Results-driven and customer-focused with a strategic mindset
• Highly self-motivated, persistent and enthusiastic about building relationships
Travel Expectations
• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales region up to 90% of the time (primarily by car) in Vaud, Valais and Geneva.
• Attendance at regional and national sales meetings, conferences and internal training sessions.
