What You Can Expect

The Sales Planning & Incentives Management team is responsible to support markets with GTM, seller territories mapping and assignment, sales force optimization, performance and incentives. This group plays a critical role in the company's transformation into a data driven organization.

This role will be responsible for maintaining commercial team mapping and optimization, support business in target setting and running incentives calculations.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Territory Management on Varicent Sales Planning:

    • Work with business to maintain and update commercial teams territories mapping on Varicent Sales Planning platform
    • Support business in setting quarterly and yearly targets
    • Run data validation and reconciliation.
    • Ensure that the commercial team performance on PBI is reflecting mapping and rules on our working platform (Varicent SP)

  • Sales Force Performance Management:

    • Work closely with Commercial team and HR making sure that new joiners and team members that are changing role are reflected correctly on the platforms
    • Run quarterly incentives on Varicent ICM following the Incentives Plan design
    • Run validation checks
    • Manage exceptions and requirement from Senior Leadership
    • Answer to business enquiries

  • Analysis & Data Insights for Leadership team:

    • Ability to create models for providing business insights to the Leadership team.

  • SQL and Python programming languages.


Your Background

  • BSc or MSc holder in the field of data analytics or a comparable education.
  • Min 3 years of experience in Sales Effectiveness or Consulting in healthcare, preferably Orthopedics using a variety of data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of digital systems such as Varicent Platforms and PowerBI,
  • High interest and passion for data analysis and performance tracking
  • Analytical ability required to gather data, perform complex analysis, solve both business and technical problems. SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required to work with a diverse group of people
  • Creativity, critical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Has an entrepreneur mind-set and can balance multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly switch between priorities/tasks
  • Passion for new technologies in healthcare, such as robotics or digital health technologies
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
