Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Workflow Solutions Analyst, you will play a critical role in translating strategic direction into functional tools and processes that streamline operations, enhance user experience, and support business goals. Reporting to the Workflow Solutions Manager, this role focuses on tactical execution—building and maintaining technical solutions based on defined requirements, using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 products. The ideal candidate combines technical know-how with strong attention to detail, process thinking, and a collaborative spirit.. 

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain workflows, dashboards, forms, and applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Execute on clearly defined solution requirements and process designs provided by the Workflow Solutions Manager, delivering user-friendly, scalable, and maintainable solution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand context and ensure solutions align with end-user needs and expectations.
• Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adoption and change management.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to ensure solution reliability and accuracy.
• Track and report on progress, escalating potential delays or technical constraints proactively.
• Provide support for existing solutions, identifying opportunities for refinement or automation under guidance.

• Maintain a strong focus on data quality, security, and solution sustainability in all deliverables.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.). Familiarity with Power Fx and JSON is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience in a technical, systems analyst, or workflow automation role.

• Experience working within an enterprise environment or with shared business systems.

• Capable of following defined workflows and translating them into working digital processes.
