About the Job
In this position, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from our customer base in order to resolve issues and secure updated contract agreements, utilizing new technology to facilitate the process.
Through this process, you will become familiar with our customers and you will start handling more retention responsibilities. You will learn effective negotiation techniques that will enable you to “Save, secure, and convert” customers who want to cancel their contracts with us, thus becoming a save specialist!

About You (The Ideal Candidate)
You’re used to receiving lots of phone calls every day and really enjoy doing it. You love to not only talk with people, but want to truly help them. We’re looking for a customer champion - someone who wants to listen to their needs and find ways that we can continue to service them better than anyone else in the industry.
About our Minimum Requirements
At a minimum, you will need to have a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and one year of relevant work experience. (Internal requirements include 9-months of proven success in a position involving customer interaction.)
About our Preferred Requirements
We’d prefer that you have at least one year of inside sales and/or customer service, ideally in a call center environment. If you’re a recent college graduate with no working experience, we’d love to see some initiative from your college years, like internships or participating in groups or clubs that show your ability to take ownership of a project or situation and how you thrived.
