Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Warr Acres in Warr Acres, Oklahoma, United States. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
Conduct vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report changes to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and reports
Participate in patient education, counseling, and discharge planning
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
1+ years of experience in a long-term care or acute care setting
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
CPR certification and TB test results
