- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, resolving escalations and implementing process improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Internalized Parcel (IP) sortation with the ambient network initiatives including overseeing strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination for IP.
- Leverage data-driven insights through dashboard, KPIs, and performance analytics that will improve the programs performance.
- Standardize metrics and processes across the network to reduce variability and improve scalability.
- Guide and develop associates, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team environment.
What You’ll Bring:

- Demonstrated experience managing complex supply chain or logistics operations.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret and act on data.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and collaboration with external partners.

- Leadership experience in developing and mentoring teams.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results through people.
- Support to the field during the operating hours which is overnight to provide speed to the customer. This will require 25-50% travel as we grow the network.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
