Position Summary...

The Senior Designer, Fashion- CAD is responsible for creating customer-right prints, graphics, trend direction, and production-ready artwork that support Walmart’s apparel and brand vision across multiple categories. This role partners closely with Design to translate seasonal concepts, market insights, and runway trends into commercially successful print assortments and graphic solutions. The ideal candidate has an elevated taste level, strong market awareness, and a refined sense of color, print, and trend. This position requires strong CAD skills, creativity, technical precision, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects from concept through execution.

What you'll do...

• Design seasonal prints, patterns, graphics, and engineered layouts across apparel categories 

• Curate trend-right print assortments that align with brand vision and customer needs 

• Translate market research and runway trends into commercially viable designs 

• Partner closely with Design and cross-functional teams from concept to execution 

• Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and technical CAD files 

• Maintain brand consistency, color accuracy, and print quality standards 

• Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines in a fast-paced environment 

• Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions that elevate the customer experience

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
