What you'll do:
- Lead the design, implementation, and integration of automation systems to optimize supply chain processes.
- Utilize data analysis tools to develop insights, influence strategic decisions, and present clear, fact-based recommendations.
- Manage complex projects, including planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive technology adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and oversee financial evaluations to ensure return on investment for automation projects.
- Mentor and guide teams on best practices in automation engineering and process optimization.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 5 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area. Option 2: 7years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
