About the Role
Join us to shape the future of advertising at Walmart scale—where AI meets creativity. Walmart Connect is building the next generation of advertising products at the intersection of retail, data, and machine learning. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape a portfolio of platform experiences spanning creative enablement, intelligent insights and automation, and content compliance.
In this role, you’ll help drive the roadmap for core AI/ML-powered systems that power Walmart’s ad creation, review, and insights capabilities. You’ll work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that scale across multiple ad surfaces.
This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role supporting both new and mature products. You’ll partner with senior product leaders and serve as a connective tissue across teams driving AI innovation at scale.
What You'll Do
Define and deliver product capabilities across AI-driven workflows such as ad generation, moderation, and performance insights.
Partner deeply with DS/ML teams to scope model requirements, support experimentation, and manage deployment readiness.
Support multiple workstreams through technical documentation, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination across time zones.
Contribute to roadmap strategy by identifying customer pain points, platform gaps, and integration opportunities across the creative tech stack.
Drive product decisions with data, evaluating model performance, product adoption, and business impact.
Coordinate across product teams, helping connect creative moderation, automated creative generation, and creative insights into a cohesive platform vision.
What You'll Bring
3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally building platforms or data/AI-driven systems.
Strong technical fluency with ML lifecycle workflows: from model development and testing to deployment and post-launch evaluation.
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for data science and engineering teams.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and design in fast-moving environments.
Ability to develop customer-centric features that solve complex compliance or scaling challenges.
Familiarity with advertising platforms, MarTech, content moderation, or creative tooling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders - can juggle priorities, unblock technical teams, and work with stakeholders globally.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a retail media network or large ad tech firm.
Understands platform users (advertisers, reviewers, internal ops) and integrates feedback.
Clear understanding of ad policy, content moderation, or creative generation in AdTech/MarTech environments.
