Founded in 2011 by veterinarians for veterinarians, VetnCare is a clinically led group of AAHA accredited hospitals within the San Francisco Bay Area that focuses on providing exceptional clinical care to patients throughout their lives. Our goal is to bridge the gap between general practice and advanced care by providing our patients and clients with access to all aspects of clinical care, including general practice, wellness, advanced surgery, advanced imaging, as well as numerous advanced practices (including oncology, ophthalmology, dermatology, orthopedic surgery and exotics amongst others).
We're looking for an exceptional customer service professional to join our amazing team! In this role, you'll be the face of our business, providing friendly and professional service to our clients and patients.
This includes:
- greeting clients
- check-ins, and check-outs
- collecting payments, and
- ensuring proactive, accurate and efficient communication with the clinical team.
To thrive in this role, you'll have:
- strong verbal and written communication skills, including phone skills
- a consistently constructive, friendly and professional attitude
- strong organizational skills, with careful attention to detail
- the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
- the ability to remain composed during stressful situations
- the ability to stand for long periods of time
- the ability to work weekends, and
- a desire to work with animals
- experience working in a veterinary or human medicine practice is helpful but not required.
