Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) position available at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing a privately owned Sub-Acute Rehab Facility located in Syracuse, NY. We are seeking dynamic, passionate, and progressive Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative team. Duties:
Primary responsibilities will be to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and help restore day to day functionality
Provide personable solutions to our clients to accommodate their needs
The staff therapist coordinates, delegates, and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff (RCNA, COTA, etc.).
Skills/Requirements:
Current New York State Occupational Therapy licensure—new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsible, caring, and dedicated Occupational Therapists who enjoy helping patients and making a great impact in their personal development
Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills
