Overview
Upscale Home Care is seeking to hire a PCA-Personal Care Assistant to care for senior/disabled individuals in their homes. This position of a PCA- Personal Care assistant requires responsible, dedicated workers, who are interested in providing for the comfort and well- being of others and see that their needs are met.
Responsibilities
Assisting the client with daily personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and meal preparation.
Perform light housekeeping around the client's home to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment.
Engage your client in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
Provide companionship and support with warmth and sensitivity to ensure the comfort and happiness of those in your care.
Requirements
CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Finger check clearance card
Qualifications
Strong observational skills to monitor client health effectively.
Ability assist clients with mobility safely while maintaining their dignity.
Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families.
Must be reliable, patient, and possess a genuine to help for others
