About the Job

Univision is seeking a talented Publisher Operations Manager based in Miami, FL or New York, NY who will oversee the onboarding and continued maintenance of content partners across Univision's OTT applications. This includes but is not limited to our CTV apps on multiple platforms, CMS requirements and monetization expertise for our content partners. They will also be the technical escalation point for any publisher troubleshooting

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ad serving and programmatic onboarding across our portfolio of content
  • Ensure all inventory share agreements with publishers are accurately configured
  • Own all ad related requirements, testing and maintenance for publishers across all distribution platforms
  • Responsible for publisher related administrative duties, including but not limited to feature enablement, permission groups, advertiser rules and inventory configuration
  • Manage the onboarding of new content owners into our ad stack
  • Provide continued ad serving insights to our Content Operations team as well as publisher partners
  • Serve as internal SME across distribution platforms for all content owners (CTV, App, Web)
  • Traffic promotional advertisements for all content owners on our platform
  • Manage and prioritize distribution and publisher efforts based on company needs
  • Work across Sales, Revenue Operations, Technology & Product teams to translate cross-functional needs into a workable monetization solution
  • Work with Yield Management to ensure we are meeting Rev Share and Inventory Share goals across all partners
  • Develop project and communication plans to meet necessary timelines while keeping stakeholders informed
  • Serve as escalation point for partner operations troubleshooting and QA functions
  • Responsible for execution of all ad hoc requests to the ad solutions team
  • Serve as subject matter expert on all OTT advertising products

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 Years in technical ad operations, publisher operations, ad product or advertising QA role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Strong Communicator
  • Google Ad Manager and/or FreeWheel experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bilingual is a plus
