About the Job

The Marketing Manager is a part of the Partner Solutions team dedicated to 360, multiplatform marketing campaigns. This role drives incremental revenue for Univision Communications by creating integrated, compelling, insight-driven marketing proposals that meet sales and client ideation requests for the team's categories. This role collaborates cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, production, programming, and editorial teams of the organization, as well as clients and agency partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Director and team in day-to-day Partner Solutions pre-sales and post-sales activities including but not limited to preliminary outlines and integrated marketing proposals for sales to present to clients and advertising agencies (occasionally attend and/or present at in-person meetings)
  • Represent PST in day-to-day brainstorming meetings to assess client needs and maximize revenue opportunities for second-tier accounts
  • Liaise with Product Marketing and Director to ensure conceptual approval and alignment
  • Build relationships with key personnel in divisional platforms (Network, Digital and Social Media Sales, Strategy and Insights, Local Media, Creative Services, Business Development, Experiential and Content Creators) to effectively weave together cohesive multi-touch point offerings
  • Work with graphic artists and internal sources to ensure presentation tells story in an impactful manner, with oversight from Director
  • Manage Salesforce Partner Solutions portals and help keep all information up to date and help communicate with Sales regarding the status of proposals

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years media-related experience; Experience working in a client-facing role within a media company or advertising agency with exposure to sales marketing in network and digital preferred
  • Detail oriented with great communication skills and presentation skills
  • Exposure to the creation of integrated cross-platform media solutions
  • A positive, solutions-oriented, and success-driven attitude
  • A willing partner to Sales and Programming/Production
  • Expertise in PowerPoint; Keynote a plus

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Spanish fluency and/or multi-cultural experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with branded digital video & social content sales packaging & influencer marketing greatly preferred
  • An expert in managing complex projects, you are loved by clients & colleagues - You're responsive, personable, organized, and you can tackle the tough questions
  • You know how to ensure that deliverables & deadlines are being met while delivering a high quality of output.
  • Ability to move quickly between projects and look ahead to see and deal with potential problems
