About the Job

Univision is seeking a data-driven, solutions-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for participating in the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns along with optimizing for performance in real-time and post-campaign reporting.

The successful candidate will understand how to build a winning campaign and launch from start to end. This individual must have great attention to detail, be proactive, a self-starter, and a collaborator willing to learn and share ideas. To be considered you must have experience in digital media buying such as paid social, programmatic and search marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing priorities and campaigns on digital and social media platforms to increase TV viewership, enhance brand awareness, generate subscribers, and increase market share
  • Responsible for executing campaigns across digital & social media platforms: Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google AdWords, Snapchat, Twitter and Programmatic
  • Create VPAID, VAST and 1x1 tags within Google Campaign Manager to traffic all campaigns
  • Spearhead development of media plans and strategy of assigned campaigns
  • Serve as knowledge expert and consultant across the organization on behalf of the Digital Marketing department
  • Submit creative requests and work with internal design teams to produce display, social media, video, rich media ads
  • Increase campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization
  • Use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Kochava, etc. to perform in-depth analysis of conversions goals
  • Aide in daily reporting and campaign presentations leveraging inhouse business intelligence tools
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Update budget trackers in real-time and track pacing of all campaign spend

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Must be fluent in both English AND Spanish; reading/writing
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Experience with Google Campaign Manager or similar Ad Server
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics
  • Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills a must
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of digital research tools such as comScore, Nielsen, etc. to inform media planning
  • Experience with DOMO or similar business intelligence tool
  • Experience executing campaigns with the focus of driving tune-in/TV viewership
