Description
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
- Monday-Friday.
- This position is part time 20 hours per week.
- The territory will be for but not limited to Lorain and Western Cuyahoga counties and surrounding area.
- The population is pediatrics.
- 100% travel to the patients homes.
- This will have 15 visits per week.
Qualifications
- ODL/Car insurance and reliable transportation.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Therapy program.
- Licensed by the State of Ohio to practice Speech-Language Therapy.
- Previous home care experience preferred.
- Experienced preferred.
- Primarily Adult rehab with some cross coverage of pediatrics.
