This role is responsible for supporting show quality, creative intent, and brand standards across all guest-facing environments, attractions, and experiences in a partner-owned and operated park. The position provides embedded creative leadership in support of current remediation and quality enhancement efforts, while establishing consistent creative stewardship and Show Quality Assurance practices that sustain guest experience quality over time. This role carries defined creative decision authority within scope and operates in close partnership with the park operator and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead the implementation of a comprehensive Show Quality Assurance (SQA) program for Universal Studios Singapore.
  • Establish evaluation criteria, documentation practices, and review cadence for show quality and brand standards.
  • Partner with Asia Portfolio leadership and peer show quality and creative stewardship leaders to align practices and leverage established standards.
  • Work collaboratively with park teams to embed SQA practices into daily operations and long-term sustainment.
  • Engage with park operator teams on early discussions related to small to medium-scale placemaking enhancement ideas (e.g., environmental upgrades, guest-facing features, performance or activation spaces).
  • Provide creative guidance to shape proposals prior to formal submission, ensuring alignment with creative intent, show quality standards, brand integrity, and operational context.
  • Coordinate with Asia Portfolio leadership to route proposals through established transmittal, review, and approval pathways.
  • Depending on scale, complexity, or brand sensitivity, coordinate with Asia Portfolio leadership to engage core Creative Studio resources as appropriate to ensure alignment with broader UDX creative standards.
  • Serve as UC/UDX’s primary on-site creative representative with the park operator for show quality and brand matters.
  • Provide documentation and reporting of show quality observations, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Communicate regularly with Asia Portfolio leadership on status, priorities, and trends.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
