Position Responsibilities
Partner with Human Resources management and Finance to develop and review the annual budget and forecast.
Review monthly Human Resources financial activity to identify key trends and variances.
Aggregate data and provide insightful, actionable and accurate financial reporting analysis to management.
Support key initiatives, projects and requests within Uline's Human Resources department.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. Major in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word. SQL and Workday a plus.
Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills.
