Job Summary:
TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center is seeking a primary care advanced practitioner to join an established primary care group located in Gallatin, Tennessee.Qualified Candidates:
- Board Certified NP or PA
- Tennessee licensure or eligibility to obtain
- DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Must have experience providing primary care to ages 5 and older
- Ability to practice autonomously, experience with chronic disease management preferred
- Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care
- Established, well-managed practice
- Join 2 established physicians and one PA in group
- Schedule Monday - Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12p
- Outpatient only
