- Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in a home health setting
- Follow physician orders and treatment plans under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT)
- Deliver therapy that helps patients achieve independence and improve their quality of life

What you bring:
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license/certification required
- Current Lymphedema Certification perferred but not required.
- Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
- 1+ year of experience required, Home Health experience preferred
- Sound judgement and a passion for patient care and outcomes
