Stage - Client Relations Coordinator

Rattach(e) au Client Relations Manager, le/la Client Relations Coordinator jouera un rle cl dans le soutien de l'quipe Client Relations Europe. Ce poste vise renforcer la connaissance client, dvelopper les portefeuilles de clients stratgiques et accompagner diffrentes initiatives orientes client.

Missions principales :

Gestion des donnes clients (Top Clients) :

  • Assurer le suivi du mapping des clients pour la rgion
  • Mettre en place un suivi automatis des top clients et clients fort potentiel (ventes, chiffres d'affaires, etc.)
  • Fournir des analyses rgulires et des recommandations aux quipes europennes afin d'amliorer la connaissance des clients stratgiques


Stratgie Client :

  • Collaborer avec les quipes Client Relations pour identifier les top clients inviter des venements ou expriences exclusives
  • Garantir la cohrence de la stratgie client l'chelle rgionale
  • Participer l'amlioration de la segmentation client, du profiling et du ciblage pour recruter de nouveaux clients fort potentiel
  • Contribuer aux programmes d'hospitalit et aux initiatives digitales
  • Participer la cration de reportings rgionaux et globaux


Gifting et Exprience Client :

  • Assister les quipes dans la stratgie de gifting (cadeaux clients)
  • Consolider les commandes annuelles et grer les commandes pour les vnements
  • Suivre l'envoi des cadeaux, le tracking, les annulations et les budgets par rgion
  • Analyser l'utilisation du gifting par zone
  • Soutenir les initiatives locales lies l'exprience client


Support vnementiel

  • Assurer le suivi des confirmations de prsences (RSVP)
  • Organiser la commande et la distribution des supports vnementiels
  • Vrifier la facturation des agences et assister dans la refacturation par rgion et pays
  • Grer les plannings de rendez-vous
  • Suivre les rservations d'htels pour l'Europe
  • Participer l'organisation des programmes d'hospitalit et des itinraires
  • Apporter un soutien oprationnels selon les besoins

Profil recherch :

Comptences requises :

  • Matrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Connaissance de Salesforce, CRM ou outils de clienteling
  • Sens du dtail et excellente organisation
  • Trs bonnes comptences relationnelles
  • Excellentes capacits de communication crite et orale
  • Sens du service client, crativit et intrt pour la relation client


Client Relations Coordinator - Intern

Reporting to the Client Relations Manager, The Client Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Client Relations team in Europe. This position focuses on enhancing data capture for top clients, assisting in the creation of client portfolios, and supporting various client-focused initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

Client Data Management of our top clients Profiles:

  • Follow up on Clients Mapping for the region
  • Create automatic follow up of our top clients and high potentials (sales, turnover )
  • Provide regular and consistent analysis & feedback to European teams for continuous improvement of top client knowledge

Client strategy:

  • Work with CR teams to identify and send top clients to relevant events or experiences
  • Make sure we have consistency within the region on the client strategy
  • Work on improving client segmentation, profiling and targeting for any action to recruit new high potential clients
  • Hospitality programs & virtual bridges
  • Work on regional and Global report as needed

Gifting and client treatment:

  • Assist the region in their gifting strategy, consolidate the annual orders and order for events as needed.
  • Follow up on gift shipping, tracking, cancellation and budget per clusters
  • Analyze the use of gifting per cluster
  • Assist with bridges clients as needed for local client treatments.

Event Support:

  • Assist in the RSVPs follow up
  • Organize the order and distribution of event collaterals
  • Check the invoicing from client treatment agencies and assist with the charge backs by clusters and country.
  • Manage the appointment schedule
  • Track Hotel room reservations for Europe
  • Help on hospitality packages and itineraries as needed
  • Other support as needed

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Sales Force, CRM and clienteling profile
  • Detail-oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Passion and creativity for client relationship building
