Do you have experience in driving software commercial outcomes, product management / marketing or “Go to Market” proposition / consulting to the legal vertical? Are you keen to drive success, shape product to future proof and help position cutting edge, AI enabled Thomson Reuters Legal Solutions within the growing Asia & Emerging Markets region?  We are seeking a Go to Market Lea, Legal Software, AEM.

Ideally you will be familiar with legal practice management solutions for large law and or legal solutions for corporates. You will be driving commercial business cases and outcomes for these products in our fast-growing Asia & Emerging Markets region. An understanding of value selling methodology to enterprise or consulting for legal / enterprise solutions would be preferred as you will work closely with large law and / or corporate sales teams. 

As the “Go to Market” Lead for Legal Solutions in Asia & Emerging Markets at Thomson Reuters, your role is a critical contributor for the growth of our Legal Solutions in the region.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Legal Software Proposition Lead, you will:

  • Devising strategy, determining legal solutions priorities and driving commercial outcomes and business cases for AEM region

  • Working effectively with a cross section of sales, services, product, marketing, finance and go to market teams

  • Managing a team, driving development and performance Developing prioritised proposition roadmaps and strategies and ensuring up to date on the competitor landscape.

  • Preparing business cases and championing legal solutions incremental investment and ongoing business support in line with agreed strategies and business objectives

  • Initiating and playing a key role in ensuring legal software projects are delivered to agreed scope, schedule, specifications, and budget Leverage relationships with key stakeholders in support of strategic and go to market objectives for Legal Software

  • Develop commercial plans to optimize business performance Proactively maintain pricing and packaging to optimize gross and net sales outcomes.

  • Actively participating in go to market planning and execution to accelerate growth of legal solution net sales and profitability.

  • A creative, commercial, customer-focused skill set with product, proposition management or relevant consulting experience

  • A customer centric obsession and enjoy being the voice of the customer

  • Can identify, scope, cost, project manage and deliver the enhancements to our Legal Software functionality that will help our clients achieve their commercial, productivity, collaboration and compliance ends.

  • Can partner effectively with go to market functions to formulate and deliver on strategic segment approaches and campaigns to drive increased adoption of Thomson Reuters Legal Solutions.
