The Marketing Coordinator for the Nucleic Acid Therapeutics Global Market Development team will lead team administrative and coordination activities, event logistics, and expense processing and reporting.
Marketing Team Coordination
- Host team meetings, take notes, and task out action items
- Collaborate with team leaders to coordinate marketing campaign and program planning process
- Organize and maintain asset libraries in OneDrive and SharePoint, regularly update team supporting documents such as organizational charts
- Manage logistics for the team onboarding process, maintain, and update onboarding checklists
- Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
- Assist marketing team with creating and shepherding tactics through approval processes as needed
- Organize and plan team meetings, coordinate travel logistics, and help team leaders to develop agendas, and schedule activities
Event Logistics
- Support marketing team with tradeshow preparation and event logistics
- Schedule and facilitate pre/post-show meetings
- Coordinate freight (Outbound and Receiving) with the event logistics team
- Organize, compile, and print show materials (booth, signage, giveaways, and literature)
- Manage tradeshow expenses
Expense Processing and Reporting
- Set up new vendors, submit marketing expense invoices, and work with finance to resolve and identify delayed payments
- Manage monthly reconciliation process for the marketing team
Keys to Success:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Experience
- Experience with coordinating event logistics and driving projects to completion
- Experience with managing vendors, invoices, and budget reconciliation processes
- Experience in the life sciences industry preferred
- Knowledge of the following key competencies: 4Ps and marketing mix, marketing communication, communication channels, channels-to-market, segmentation, value proposition, and marketing program development and execution.
