How you will make an impact!
The Market Development Manager will demonstrate a thorough understanding of marketing strategy and tactics for launching new products within the Bioprocessing workflow with a focus on Single-Use Technologies. Knowledge of marketing campaign development and execution is expected. This candidate will help promote the team’s focus of enhancing the customer experience in all aspects of the position’s responsibilities. As well as will coordinate and liaison with both external and internal cross-functional teams to facilitate the conversion of marketing ideas and messages into effective programs/campaigns leading to revenue, improved customer intimacy, and growth in a dynamic environment.
What you will do:
Develops portfolio level marketing strategy and carries out marketing programs to create brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture leads.
Contributes to the success of generating demand, supporting the global brand and determining optimal channel utilization.
Deploys marketing tactics using a multichannel approach including print, digital, social and sales channels.
Implements and performs subsequent analysis of data from marketing campaigns, from which the preparation of reports and recommendations for future ventures might be required
Manages daily marketing operational activities, including social media presence, maintaining a media calendar, managing an event list & tracking
Assist in completing various marketing projects by processing them through the internal marketing planning system.
Regularly adhere to strict deadlines while keeping all active projects well organized and optimized.
May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Travel up to 25% for work related activities

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Position may require Covid-19 vaccination and/or routine testing, per client discretion
3 years of specialized experience in one of the following: digital, social, SEO/SEM, event, channel or content marketing
A minimum of 6 years of prior experience in a Marketing or Marketing Communications role
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in Bioprocessing/Bioproduction marketing and/or life science industry marketing
Experience in web and social media marketing a plus
Experience with Salesforce.com
