How you will make an impact:

This position is part of the Operations Finance team located within the Customer Channels Group (CCG). This team provides financial support and oversight for CCG’s North American Supply Chain and Customer Service operations.

This position will work with a diverse group of business partners across multiple functions within the Channel to drive cost savings, ensure consistency, and develop & report meaningful analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain new curated, flexible, datasets and dashboards that provide financial visibility to business partners
  • Align, define, and implement key metrics and data classifications to enhance financial reporting knowledge across the Site
  • Reviewing monthly revenue, spending details and headcount to identify the key factors driving variances to AOP and Forecast
  • Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardizing reporting and delivering Financial benefit tracking to support accomplished projects

  • Natural bias towards continuous improvement. Exposure to PPI/Kaizen methodologies is considered an advantage

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other relevant background; Advanced Qualification Preferred (CPA, MBA, MS)
  • Proven 7+ years of progressive experience in Operations Improvement, Financial Analysis, or Distribution Operations
  • High level of proficiency with COGNOS, CMR, Oracle Planning or similar reporting packages
  • Experienced with SQL, relational databases, and Power BI
