About the Job

The role:

We are looking for individuals to work within our customer services team who will act as our first point of contact for all of our internal and external customer enquiries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls (between 50 – 60 calls per day)
  • Order entry and processing of orders
  • Preparing quotes
  • Dealing with customer complaints over the phone and email

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can confidently answer the phone within a business environment
  • Listen to the customers’ needs and understand their requirements
  • Follow up on customer queries via the phone or email
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Can work within a team environment
  • Is happy working within a fast paced environment
