How you will make an impact:
Our team is seeking a passionate and upbeat candidate to join as a Content Workflow Analyst. The Content Workflow Analyst will apply experience data analysis techniques and workflow automation software to create and maintain product content workflows supporting processes for scale and quality. They will partner with Content Operations Hosted eCatalog team, Content Governance, Content Product Owner and Solutions Architect to develop and maintain workflows driving conversion of manual processes to automated and scalable solutions. They will also be responsible for continuous implementation of new data requirements or changes in data sources for the outputs of these processes as they develop into the future.
What you will do:
- Drive implementation of the roadmap supporting conversion of hosted eCatalog customer specific catalogs creation from manual processes to automated workflows using Alteryx software.
- Identify and document based on existing eCatalog data requirements the mapping of current and to be source databases, tables and fields based on the strategy and direction of the Content Product Owner, Solutions Architect and eCatalog team members.
- Build Alteryx workflows using the documented sources and strategy to migrate eCatalogs from Access databases and queries to the scaled framework and data sources.
- Support Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing of converted catalogs prior to production implementation and customer submission. Implement updates and changes as required.
- Support ongoing needs for changes in workflow processes for new customer eCatalogs and new or modified requirements for existing catalogs.
- Support maintenance of business for changes in source database availability, changing schemas or the centralization and optimization of existing source databases for eCatalog data pipelines.
- Assess level of effort based on requirements and provide input on timeliness for execution. Track and report progress to leadership and partners.
- Analyze and find opportunities within additional content processes such as intake, auditing, analytics and reporting for automation and support implementation as projects are prioritized.
How you will get here:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Information Management, Analytics or related field with equivalent experience
Experience:
- Two or more years’ experience in workflow development solutions, information management, database management or data analytics.
- Experience with low-code workflow software such as Alteryx and Knime.
- Experience writing SQL to manage data in a relational database system.
- Understanding of relational database concepts: schemas, queries, relationships and ER mapping.
- Understanding of data modeling and system integrations.
- Familiarity with the following CMS and Analytics solutions preferred: Hybris PCM, OpenText Media Management, Alteryx, PowerBI, Postgres Database or similar.
