Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of prior ABA experience. This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles under the supervision of a BCBA.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA strategies and techniques during therapy sessions with clients.
- Monitor and document client progress, including data collection.
- Communicate with families, caregivers and other team members effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience working in ABA with children with Autism (1 year or more)
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with ABA terms and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
