Director of Sales and Marketing at The Willows at Raleigh
An immediate and exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned and dynamic sales and marketing director at The Willows at Raleigh, an 143 unit, established provider of Independent Living at Raleigh, North Carolina. Reporting to our Executive Director who has been associated with the community since it opened. The selected candidate will build meaningful professional relationships with prospective residents, adult children and organizations/influencers within the community at large. You will effectively manage community tours, share why The Willows at Raleigh is THE place to be, initiate purposeful and creative follow up and achieve occupancy goals.
Base salary of 70K and aggressive commission plan based on leasing performance offered.
