Core Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist visitors, customers, and employees entering the office.
· Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer calls to appropriate areas.
· Monitor General voicemail box; respond or transfer as required.
· Scheduling service calls and for two-way radio department
· Collect, sort, and distribute postal mail.
· Maintain appropriate inventory levels of office supplies.
· Maintain Spreadsheets/KPI Reporting/Data Entry.
· Enter data into appropriate/identified programs/databases.
· Provide customers with a positive customer experience.
· Order entry.
· Maintain related spreadsheets for Scheduling, Engineering, and Procurement functions
· Track packages for customer call-ins.
· Respond to customer inquiries for information or other existing order questions.
· Process daily invoicing.
· Check outgoing payables to match invoices.
· Freight Bills – match with Bill of Lading.
· Open incoming Accounts Payable mail and organize for processing.

Qualifications:
· HS Diploma or GED required
· Proficient in MS Office and PC based software
· Intermediate experience with QuickBooks Desktop required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
· Versatile, flexible, with a willingness to work with changing priorities.
· Ability to prioritize tasks
· Comfortable working independently and adapting to change
· Must be able to lift up to 50 Pounds and move boxes of stock
