We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MDS Director to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, knowledge of long-term care regulations, and experience overseeing the MDS process in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the MDS process in accordance with federal and state regulations
Ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and care plans
Coordinate interdisciplinary care plan meetings
Monitor Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement processes
Maintain compliance with PDPM and documentation requirements
Collaborate with nursing leadership and clinical teams to ensure quality resident care
Assist with survey preparedness and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
Active RN license required
Previous MDS experience in a skilled nursing facility required
Strong knowledge of PDPM, Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care regulations
Excellent assessment, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
