The Gatesworth is looking for professional, dependable individuals to join our team at our luxury independent senior living community. This is a resident-facing role that requires a positive attitude and a commitment to high-end service.
Coverage Needed:
Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Part time:
Weekday Evenings: 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm (flexible up to 10:00 pm)
Saturdays: Day shift (9:00 am – 5:30 pm) or evening shift (4:30 pm – 9:00 pm)
Wage: $16.00 per hour
A Day in the Life: Expect a fast-paced environment where no two hours are the same. A typical shift includes:
Managing the drive: Valet services and greeting arrivals.
Package handling: Sorting and door-to-door delivery of resident mail and parcels.
Resident tech aid: Solving simple connectivity or device issues.
Event transitions: Setting up chairs and testing sound systems for social hours.
Community movement: Walking resident pets around The Gatesworth's beautiful grounds, and escorting visitors.
Physical Requirements: This is an active position that requires extensive walking throughout the property. You must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds as needed.

Requirements:
A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
We look for candidates with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
While 2 years of customer service experience is preferred, we value a "can-do" attitude above all else.
