The Gardens at York Terrace is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing facility in Pottsville, PA. As a CNA, you will play an essential role in providing direct care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Rates: $19.25-$21.25 PLUS Shift Diff's (3-11 $1.00 11p-7 $.25)
Available Shifts:

Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) – Part-Time

Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) – Full-Time & Part-Time

Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) – Full-Time & Part-Time

Responsibilities:
-
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming per resident care plans.

Assist residents with mobility, positioning, and ensuring they are out of bed as care plans require.

Support residents with therapeutic, neuro/dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, wound care, and other specialized needs when applicable.

Deliver care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, maintaining safety and well-being at all times.

Act as a vital member of the interdisciplinary team under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.

Interact with residents, families, and staff in a respectful, supportive, and professional manner.

Perform additional duties as assigned to meet resident care needs.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program and competency exam.

Must provide documentation of certification upon application.
