Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daytime Caretaker to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of North Dallas. As a Daytime Caretaker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, enhancing their daily lives and promoting independence.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one care and companionship to clients, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care assistance
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Manage medication schedules and maintain accurate records
Encourage and participate in clients' favorite activities and hobbies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure seamless care transitions
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
