Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping
Engage in conversation, recreational activities, and companionship to promote socialization and mental well-being
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care and services
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements
No experience necessary; training provided
Ability to lift, bend, and transfer clients as needed
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings
