We are looking for a customer and partner obsessed Product Integration Manager that is focused on delivering best in class, innovative products and solutions. As a critical member of the Product organization, the Product Integration Manager is responsible for helping drive & achieve Synchrony’s business objectives, by leading integration and delivery of our products to market, as well as identifying and championing best in class integrations for our Home & Auto vertical clients with our products. This includes, but not limited to, partnering with product and technology leaders to drive the agile execution of product development, leading the development, testing and launch, partnering with cross functional teams to ensure alignment, focus and execution of the product development across multiple products and capabilities to meet the business needs and growth objectives related to home & auto markets. The Product Integration Manager assembles and manages the cross-functional team, ensures alignment across Program Increments and provides regular key stakeholder updates. An agile background, combined with the ability to work closely with cross functional support teams, technology teams, product managers and internal business leaders while managing the implementation, are critical job requirements. This Product Integration Manager is comfortable with ambiguity, can operate in a fast moving, agile environment, is a team player that collaborates well cross functionally and acts as an owner, proactively taking initiative.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Lead the coordination and delivery of the product, capability and feature development for the Products organization
Act as a connector between the Home and Auto platform and the Product organization for client needs and product, capability and feature opportunities
Partner closely with technology program leaders and agile train leadership driving the agile execution of product development from requirement development and prioritization through testing and launch
Manage multiple product and capability initiatives at once, helping to drive clear prioritization direction to the cross functional teams.
Partner with cross functional members throughout the organization to identify gaps, product needs and growth opportunities related to product integration
Work with business development, client teams, and partnership / ventures teams to guide product integration and identify / promote growth opportunities.
Coordinate efforts with other product managers to help guide roadmap strategy and commercialize across Synchrony’s platforms and portfolios. Drive product implementation, ensuring innovative solutions supporting business strategy.
Identify and champion best in class integration options. Look for areas to simplify integrations and coordinate amongst other products to identify opportunities for collaboration and improvements.
Develop product development plans across multiple products, including resource requirements, gaining buy in from key stakeholders to secure the resources needed
Own and oversee the execution of the product development plans, ensuring multiple agile teams are aligned, roadblocks are identified and overcome to meet on time delivery
Provide leadership and own the escalation point for all issues that might arise across functional teams in assigned workstreams
Provide updates to senior leaders and other internal and external stakeholders on integration project statuses on a regular basis.
Help drive clear prioritization direction to cross functional teams.
Proactively engage with Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence with all external and internal compliance and regulatory requirements.
Travel to Synchrony Hubs and client locations as needed to lead discovery sessions, project kick-off meetings, work-out sessions, etc.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 10 years of product development and technology integration experience in the credit card, financial services or technology industries
Minimum of 6 years Product Management experience that includes:
Leading large complex programs over multiple releases
A proven track record of launching new products or applications with demonstrated business impact
Ability to influence and coordinate multi-functional teams
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience of effective verbal and written communication skills across functions and multiple levels of leadership
Desired Qualifications:
Credit card, consumer finance, payments, financial services or retail services industry experience.
3-5+ years conversion or business integration experience
Strong agile experience preferably in product management
Agile, Scrum Master or Product Owner experience and certification
Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and projects in a matrixed, high speed, and quickly changing business environment.
Outstanding communications, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated strong quality/process improvement experience, with relevant examples that improved business performance and customer experience
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions in a fast-changing environment.
Current on financial services, payments industry trends, competitors, emerging technologies and companies
Strong technical knowledge (financial services)
Strong UX / customer experience focus
Experience working with partners and vendors, where negotiation skills are required
Proactive, self-starter with a high degree of self-initiation
Grade/Level: 12
The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
