This position works within the AIIM program (Alternative to Incarceration for Individuals with Mental health needs) and Wellness Court. The AIIM and Wellness Court programs provide robust treatment models which incorporate EBP (Evidence Based Practices) to best meet client needs. As a Mental Health Counselor, the applicant will be working within an interdisciplinary team, providing direct services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in the criminal justice system. This includes facilitating individual therapy as well as group therapy. This position is co located with Larimer County staff at the AIIM offices. A successful candidate will be teamwork-focused, have strong communication skills, and have a passion for meeting clients where they are at.

The typical hiring range, based on a 40-hour work week, and based on relevant qualifications and experience is:
- Unlicensed Therapist - $50,000 - $60,000.
- Licensed Therapist $52,958.50 to $66,198.12
Clinical staff working within the SummitReach Program can earn between $2,000 - $23,400 in addition to their base wage, depending on the position and FTE level.
