Be the analytics and systems backbone for Mopar eCommerce. Build robust data pipelines and Power BI models, integrate Adobe/GA4 and internal Stellantis systems (PIM, CRM, OMS, ERP/cloud), and publish daily/weekly/monthly/annual insights that drive decisions—and outcomes.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Design data models and interactive dashboards in Power BI (DAX/Power Query) for executive and operational audiences.
- Integrate GA4 and Adobe Analytics data with CRM/CDP, PIM/MDM, OMS/ERP, and marketplace feeds; standardize tracking taxonomy and UTM governance.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines; implement data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and alerting for daily checks.
- Own tag management and event schema (Adobe Launch/Tealium/GTM); ensure privacy compliance and consent management alignment.
- Diagnose data and systems issues (schema drift, API failures, latency) and coordinate resolution with ICT and vendor teams.
- Deliver insights and recommendations on traffic, conversion funnels, attach rate, AOV, pricing, inventory fill rate, and marketplace performance (e.g., Buy Box).
- Publish weekly and monthly business reviews with clear narratives, scorecards, and prioritized actions.
