Description

Manage, optimize, and grow the service contract portfolio (extended warranties, prepaid maintenance plans, and roadside assistance) by maximizing profitability, penetration, and customer lifetime value through a commercial strategy based on financial analysis, data, and effective execution across the dealer network.

 

  • Define the annual sales and penetration strategy for service contracts
  • Analyze performance, market trends, and portfolio profitability to propose adjustments.
  • Develop new product proposals, bundles, and commercial programs.
  • Set commercial targets by channel, model, and region.

 

OPERATIONAL: 70% (¿Qué porcentaje de las funciones son operacionales?)

 

  • Monitor sales and penetration results by dealer, region, and channel.
  • Execute and follow up on campaigns, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
  • Manage the existing portfolio and ensure proper implementation of processes.
  • Generate performance, revenue, and profitability reports.
  • Provide commercial and operational support to the dealer network.
  • Coordinate product training and communications.
  • Analyze sales and inventory information to identify opportunities.

 

 

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: 10% (¿Qué porcentaje de las funciones son de admon de recursos?)

 

  • Manage the budget for campaigns, incentives, and programs.
  • Track spending vs. budget.
  • Coordinate suppliers and resources assigned to the portfolio.
