PURPOSE & FUNCTION:
Intelligence Analysts perform a variety of important analytical and intelligence functions within the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), a 24/7 intelligence fusion center. Intelligence Analysts monitor global events and assess their potential impact on Stellantis operations, facilities, and employees. Analysts produce comprehensive, all-source intelligence reports used to support a variety of business functions to include but not limited to Investigations, Intellectual Property Protection, Supply Chain operations, Environmental Health and Safety, Business Travel, Manufacturing and Infrastructure Communications and Technology.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work in a 24/7 intelligence center environment
- Identify and report on emerging security threats where Stellantis and/or its suppliers conduct business
- Gather information from multiple all-source intelligence sites/databases using a variety of web-based tools
- Assist the GSOC Intelligence Manager in providing threat assessment and risk analysis
- Serve as the information gathering and analysis unit to support company Investigations into violations of company policy, trademark infringement and proprietary information leaks.
- Document and route management related calls and/or provide general assistance using prescribed protocols
- Provide research and record gathering of information that has the potential to threaten company personnel, physical assets and reputation on a global basis
- Provide information and research support for Executive Protection and Transportation operations, to include advance threat assessments and background investigations.
- Identify and monitor major threats to Supply Chain and Manufacturing operations and provide assessments and recommendations to key decision makers.
- Perform record input utilizing the Microsoft Application to include, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Perform event/incident mapping using geographical information mapping software such as Dataminr
- Communicate through a variety of channels including e-mail, Teams messaging, phone, etc
- Operate the GSOC systems
- Provide input on the development and improvement of intelligence reporting deliverables
- Assess threat levels and determine risk factors of information to be reported to senior staff members
- Review online media sources to predict events of threat
- Determine and ascertain the validity and accuracy of information researched
- Make suggestions for the development and improvement of the intelligence reporting systems
- Liaise with local, state, and federal law enforcement and emergency management agencies to obtain current, region-specific intelligence for stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and conduct welfare checks with travelers in regions impacted by natural or man-made disasters, travel delays, etc.
