Common Process Group Specialist: SCM subject matter experts in common process group creation, maintenance, and validation. Supports stakeholders in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Supplier Operations, and Suppliers.
Common Process Group Specialist Key Tasks:
- Identification of Bottlenecks: Helps identify supplier manufacturing and tiered bottlenecks to understand capacity flexibility
- Data Integrity: Ensures data inputs from suppliers are accurate and reflect shared constraints within the supplier’s manufacturing process and tiered suppliers with all Stellantis parts to increase capacity flexibility
- Training: Trains core Stellantis organizations (SCM, Purchasing, Supplier Operations) and suppliers how to use and understand CPGs
