- Support the team to achieve the launch deliverables.
- Ensure basic conditions for new dies
- To manage and supervise the necessary resources to perform tryouts
- Follow & lead the corrective actions during tryouts
- Lead the TL & die makers for launch purpose
- Coordinate & implement the engineering changes
- Failure Analysis
- Responsible for spare parts, suppliers coordination & planning activities for new dies
- Dies CAD manage (NX & Smirt) for engineering changes or visual consulting.
- Provide coaching to die makers for critical die problems
