Mount Zion Health and Rehab Center is seeking an experienced and licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. We are looking for a strong, motivated leader who can ensure compliance, deliver quality resident care, and inspire our staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the facility
• Lead and develop department managers and staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Manage budgets, staffing, and financial performance
• Promote quality care, resident satisfaction, and positive community relations
• Be available for emergencies and on-call as needed

Requirements

• Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license (or eligibility)
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of senior healthcare management experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Budget and fiscal management experience
