ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Responsible for dealing assigned poker game in accordance with Casino Control Commission / Division of Gaming Enforcement regulations and procedures.
- Promotes positive guest relations using cordial conversation as related to assigned games. Performs any other duties as assigned.
Working knowledge of all poker games preferred. Minimum of one (1) year experience required or certificate of completion from an accredited New Jersey dealer’s school. Must have good communication skills. Experience working with the general public is helpful.
