Finding the best talent requires focused efforts in sourcing. Attracting brilliant minds from across the globe requires creative marketing. Bringing these two aspects together for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is done by our in-house sourcing team as part of our larger Talent Acquisition team.
 
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying prospects and generating candidate pipelines by utilizing multiple sourcing techniques. Once identified, you will nurture a relationship with these individuals and connect them to the appropriate opportunity.  Persistence is key and we want someone who desires to be part of a team that drives success. Sourcing will be for current needs, as well as pipelining for future talent. You will collaborate with other talent acquisition team members to ensure prospective candidates are identified that support recruitment goals, ending each day with a sense of achievement. 

Responsibilities

  • Act as a partner with the recruiting team to understand the needs and develop ideal candidate profiles
  • Turn hiring needs into an effective strategy to deliver an on-going pool of candidates
  • Identify, screen, and present talent to recruiting/hiring team members
  • Create and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs
  • Act as an ambassador for St. Jude in all communication and outreach
  • Execute on tactical research, referral generation, networking events and sourcing campaigns
  • Share market insights and relevant information to recruiting/hiring teams
  • Attend meetings and foster ongoing communication throughout the recruiting process

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree required

Minimum Experience

  • Zero (0) to two (2) years of work experience in a Human Resources, talent sourcing or recruiting function
  • Experience using ATS and CRM technology preferred (i.e., iCIMS, Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Phenom)
