About the Job
Executes the Learning and Organizational Development strategy in the areas of talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance improvement and leadership development, coaching and development planning, and competency management. Develops leaders and builds bench strength to meet the current and future needs. Designs, develops and implements interventions to support these efforts including: training, individual/team assessments, coaching, teambuilding and performance development. Implements learning technology interventions.
- Master's degree is required, preferably in organizational development, instructional design, adult learning, education, human resources, business or other related area.
- Five (5) years of learning and/or organizational development experience required.
- Experience required includes instructional design, talent management, performance improvement, coaching and development planning, competency modeling and/or leadership/management development.
- Experience with contemporary instructional design and graphics software applications (Flash, Articulate, Captivate, etc.) preferred.
