How will you make an impact?
By leading the testing of commercially available cloud based software, will help us put together a comprehensive testing strategy for our platforms. Ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction of our offerings in highly regulated environments.

We are looking for a leader who has the experience to help Thermo Fisher ensure our software products meet established requirements and quality goals as well making sure that our development, testing, and support processes adhere to our Quality Management System which is designed to satisfy the needs regulated (ISO, GxP, 21CFR) markets
How will you get there?
Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of recent experience leading software testing organizations (or engineering organizations with significant testing resources) for commercially sold software products, preferably for web/cloud-based enterprise scale applications.
- 3+ years of recent experience leading the testing function for large-scale software projects or programs that use Agile Scrum and SAFe based processes in a commercial software development setting involving multiple cross-organizational teams and dependencies.
Knowledge , Skills, Abilities
The successful candidate will have experience with leading test engineering for large-scale commercial software development programs that involve several teams both within and outside the organization following scaled agile (SAFe), Scrum, and phase-gate processes. This is a senior role that will require communicating and planning alongside senior engineering, product, and program leaders in the business utilizing in-depth knowledge of product goals, success metrics, and resources needed to ensure product quality and process adherence and excellence.
