Sodexo has an excellent opportunity for an Sous Chef at Holy Cross Village, an upscale, continuing care retirment community in Notre Dame, IN. We are seeking, highly motivated, and skilled healthcare culinarians to lead our exceptional dining program. The ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare, high volume environments. 


The successful candidate will:

  • assist with the supervision of the healthcare kitchen operations and designated back of house staff;
  • ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved;
  • control and ensure the company's and client's financial targets are achieved;

Position Summary:

Leads food preparation at one station of a foodservice operation (i.e., salads, soups). May supervise less than two full time employees.



Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
