As a Director of Rehabilitation at Vivo Healthcare, you will play a key role in leading our rehabilitation team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with various medical conditions. Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, and rehabilitation nurses
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective treatment plans
• Monitor and analyze patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and research to continuously improve rehabilitation services
